Fancywine Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1. General Terms

Fancywine (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online gaming platform operating under an international gaming license. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between fancywine and its members ("you", "player").

• No additional charges are applied on deposits.

• Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — no other method is accepted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Fancywine offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following rules apply to their use:

• Each bonus has a specific wagering multiplier (e.g., ×20, ×30).
• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only.
• Wagering requirements must generally be completed within 30 days of claiming a bonus.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering — some games count at 100%, others at 50% or less.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.

If fancywine determines that a member is abusing bonus offers — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or engaging in bonus arbitrage — those bonuses and all associated winnings will be voided.

6. Account Suspension & Closure

• If money laundering is suspected.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If identified as a minor.

You may request to close your account at any time. In such cases, any active bonuses will be forfeited, but eligible funds from your real balance can still be withdrawn.
